In Beijing and Shanghai, the recruiting campaign for local universities starts in the fall semester (around November). Students in their graduating classes should follow the recruiting procedure posted at their respective university campuses. The general process is described below
Preliminary test: Applications passing the screening process are invited to an additional 'preliminary test' before first round interviews.
The preliminary test, which is conducted in English, is an interview where candidates are tested mainly on their presentation and communication skills, professionalism, maturity and readiness to work in the consulting field.
