Associate background:

• Associate applicants have generally obtained (or will obtain) a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university in Asia, US or Europe.
• Most will have some business experience through previous part-time, summer or full-time work.

Consultant background

• Consultant applicants have generally obtained (or will obtain) an MBA, PhD or JD from a top international institution.
• Most applicants have at least 3 to 5 years' full-time professional work experience at a leading corporation.
