The culture at BCG is relaxed, informal and collegial. We firmly believe in respect for individuals, the value of diversity and the need to achieve a sustainable balance between our working lives and our other interests.
We like to spend time getting to know the people we work with, both away from the office and in the course of our work. Our offices have a monthly "Home Office Day", where we get together and have lunch and afternoon drinks, discuss recent pieces of work or other topics of interest, undertake some training, and sometimes adjourn for an outdoor team event or two. We also have several social events each year, which often include partners and families.
