Carol joined BCG Shanghai as an Associate back in 1995. She then returned to BCG China after gaining her MBA from Harvard Business School, despite the many other opportunities available to her in the US.  As far as she was concerned, there was nowhere more exciting than BCG and China! Less than 2 years after returning to BCG's Hong Kong office, she was promoted to Project Leader.  Then to Principal, then to Partner.

Carol is a key member of the firm's Health Care and Consumer Goods practices.  Her consulting experience includes various strategy assignments in the healthcare and consumer goods industries. Before joining BCG, Carol worked in the marketing department of P&G China.  

Carol holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Commercial Law from the Peking (Beijing) University.  On the personal front, she is happily married and has two wonderful sons!
