Joseph joined BCG's Hong Kong office in 1994 and has worked extensively in Greater China and across Asia. With broad experience in the consumer goods and technology/ communications industries, Joseph spends most of his time focusing on clients in retail, consumer durables, consumer electronics and mobile communications.

Aside from his consulting experience, Joseph spent a number of years as an electrical engineer in Silicon Valley and an equity analyst in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.

Joseph is an active sportsman and enjoys being out under the sun. He still plays competitive tennis and is an avid snowboarder.
