I joined BCG as an Associate right after graduating from university with an engineering degree. While some people were surprised by my career choice, I was very comfortable with it. After all, consulting provides the perfect platform for satisfying one's intellectual curiosity while at the same time making a difference in the business world.

Looking back over the last few years, I must say the BCG experience has been absolutely phenomenal. I have been exposed to many different industries and business problems. The learning curve is steep; the work is challenging; but that's exactly what keeps me intrigued and energized. One month I could be helping an automotive client review sales and distribution strategies; the next I could be designing or conducting consumer research for a fashion business client. There's always something to learn: from my colleagues, from the client, from the industry and from BCG's global network.

Outside work, I like watching drama and comedies, reading legal thrillers and going to musicals and concerts. I'm also probably one of the top buyers in BCG Greater China when it comes to bidding for stuff from online auction sites.
