Having been working in a large Chinese state-owned enterprise for four years and completed my MBA program in the U.S., I was looking for a job opportunity to leverage my past working experience, explore different industries and acquire new skills. I considered consulting the optimal choice for me. The BCG recruiting team attracted me to join the firm. BCGers are a group of intelligent, highly energetic and fun people. I wanted to work with them, learn from them and become one of them.

Since I joined BCG, I have acquired in-depth knowledge in various industries, such as pharmaceutical/chemical, financial, telecom, education, transportation etc. Most importantly, I feel excited and challenged by projects in BCG Greater China due to the unique regulatory environment, unprecedented economic growth and strong impact to our clients. I was involved in projects shaping China growth strategy for major global pharmaceutical companies, designing transformation roadmap for major Chinese banks to spearhead in the financial reforms etc. Thanks to the enormous support and insights obtained from the team and experts in our company from 64 offices around the world, the learning journey is full of achievements and fun. 

Outside work, I like traveling, horseback riding and hiking to keep myself refreshing and energetic. Nevertheless, I am a fan of spicy food: cooking and exploring best spicy food restaurants are always my favorite activities during leisure time.
