Before consulting, my life was all about coding and experimenting, and I was stuck in a limited place. Since I joined BCG, my activity and thinking horizons are broadening dramatically. Different places, diverse cultures, a range of talents, deep business involvement … the consulting adventure has injected new passion, new knowledge and new understanding into my life.

BCG is a perfect place to enjoy the benefits of a consulting career.  That "G" really means we are a group rather than just a company. BCG people are united.  We care about each other.  We support each other and we have fun together.   

Furthermore, BCG has given me the opportunity to make a real difference – to have a positive impact on the business world. I take real pride in my own contributions to the dramatic changes that a BCG project produces.  When I'm old, I know I will still proudly remember my part in helping many businesses and organizations to succeed.

I am also trying hard to maintain a good work-life balance. During business travels, I take every opportunity to explore new cultures and lifestyle differences. Outside work, I am a loyal Formula One fan. I also write columns for some auto and auto racing magazines, because this helps me maintain my passion for my life and my work.
